[更新!!10/17] Alex de Angelis 於日本站 FP4 發生嚴重事故

來自 San Marino 的車手 Alex de Angelis今天(10/10)於日本站發生轉倒意外，

並且被送往 Dokkyo Hospital 進行治療。



排位賽前的最後一節自由練習(FP4)中 ，E-Motion IodaRacing Team的 Alex de Angelis 在

Twin Ring Motegi circuit 發生嚴重轉倒意外，

並且由緊急醫療直升機送往位於Mibu的 Dokkyo Hospital 進行救治及處理。



De Angelis 於 FP4 中段發生轉倒，使 Race Direction 發出紅旗示警。

根據報告消息指出，該車手在送往醫院以前仍可自主呼吸。



Alex 接受了 CT掃描，經過初步分析確診腹部挫傷，並且在進一步的檢查中發現有些肋骨斷裂。

另外在脊椎的 CT中發現胸椎 T7、T8、T9的椎弓板 (vertebrae)骨折，




腰椎 L4椎體骨折，

胸椎T2、T4、T8橫突( transverse process )骨折







MotoGP 醫療主任 (Medical Director) Michele Macchiagodena 表示，

「他的情況有胸外傷合併左右雙側肋骨骨折。他同時也可能有腦震盪。

CT掃描中沒有發現任何具危險性的出血情況，但仍必須留院觀察，

在接下來的日子中他必須留院觀察，因為他肺部挫傷是事實，

我們必須密切觀察，以確保這項傷害不會造成他呼吸受到壓迫或是傷口感染，

在初步判斷中發現的第5脊椎骨折，以及其他3處脊椎骨折，

到目前為止沒有發現有壓迫神經系統的狀況，

同時我們必須確保這些骨折的穩定性，避免脊隨受到影響。

現在還得密切觀察是否有手術的必要。」

[2015.10.11 Up Date]

MotoGP車手 Alex De Angelis 星期日(10/1)上午在 Dokkyo Medical University Hospital接受更進一步的檢查。
HRI(核磁共振) 檢查結果顯示，該名車手有顱內出血的情況。

然而後續還必須要有更詳盡的評估，車手接戲來將接受神經外科的專業評估。

來自Clinica Mobile的 Dr. Michele Zasa接下來幾天將會陪同這位車手，以跟隨後續的任何移動動作。



MotoGP Medical Director Michele Macchiagodena 表示，

「Alex 上週六(10/9)進行了頭顱的 CT掃描，而當初步的結果為陰性，

然而今天(9/11)再以 MRI (核磁共振)檢查，檢查出有顱內出血的情況。

他的情況非常重要，必須進行密切觀察。

現在的他相當平靜，生命體徵穩定，但我們要在接下來的 24到 48小時，

並且在必須的時候做出適當的處理。」

[2015.10.12 Up Date]
星期一(10/12)，De Angelis 的頭部及胸部進行 CT掃描，

令人筆記放心的是他的顱內出血並沒有再度病變，

而胸部挫傷也有改善。

車手仍然處於危險狀況，但鎮靜劑的劑量開始減少供給，他也可以說話了。

在接下來48到72小時內，他將繼續接受頭部 CT掃描，以確認顱內血腫的狀況穩定，

而肺部則必須繼續評估觀察。



MotoGP Safety Adviser(安全顧問) Loris Capirossi 以及

FIM Grand Prix Safety Officer(安全官) Franco Uncini 在星期一(10/12)早上問候了 Angelis，

在日本治療的過程中，是由  Dr Michele Zasa協助將他從 Clinica Mobile移動。

[2015.10.13 Up Date]


De Angelis 仍在 Mibu的 Dokkyo Hospital 接受觀察，

目前他已經完全清醒，神經系統方面也有所改善。

由於肺部挫傷，造成體液以及血液存在胸腔，

De Angelis 以無創呼吸器幫助呼吸交換，經過一整天下來恢復不少。

[2015.10.15 Up Date]

Alex de Angeils 目前仍然留在 Dokky Hospital ICU (重症監護室)接受治療，

他的病情已經有所好轉，在過去的 24小時內主要持續觀察的是肺部挫傷，


目前他的肺部換氣功能已經趨於正常，後續的胸部 X光片顯示尚有肺部不張的區域，

而目前正在控制當中。

目前車手的狀況穩定，意識清醒，邏輯清晰，也很高興能夠看見父親及兄弟。

[2015.10.17 Up Date]

經過 8天在 Dokkyo University Hospital 的重症加護病房(ICU;intensive care unit)住院觀察治療後，
醫生認為 Alex de Angelis "適合飛行"了。

在臨床治療好轉的 San Marino車手也由 Clinica Mobile MD.

即陪伴 Angelis在日本的醫生 Michele Zasa 準備辦理出院。



準備將 Alex De Angelis 轉回 San Marino 工作仍在進行中，

他將在 State Hospital 接受後續的治療。

De Angelis 希望在未來十天內得以回到 San Marino。


車隊很高興他們的車手有好消息，並且感謝 Dokkyo醫院的醫生，

Motegi的醫療救援團隊以及賽道的醫護人員Clinica Mobile 以及 MD. Michele Zasa。

另外也感謝 Dorna以及 IRTA的巨大幫助，尤其是在 Alex De Anglis經歷這些艱難的日子。

有空來找找

because of the head injury dynamics of his accident,
will be transferred to Italy during the next week."

but de Angelis appears to have lost control on the exit of the turn nine left hander,
causing him to veer back across the circuit (towards the inside of the corner)
and into the metal trackside barrier."

不過沒發生過程，應該是入灣前摔車，結果可能因為護欄太近又沒軟墊，才會這麼嚴重

軟墊也不一定保證安全
1x年前的74加藤就是脖子去撞到軟墊加上搶救不當導致腦死....記得是這樣

救援直升機都出動了

Update 11/10/2015:

MotoGP rider Alex De Angelis underwent further medical checks on Sunday morning at Dokkyo Medical University Hospital.

An MRI was performed, showing an intracranial bleeding.

However, this has to be better evaluated, and the rider will undergo a neurosurgical evaluation later on.

Dr. Michele Zasa from Clinica Mobile is going to stay with the rider for the next few days,
in order to follow the clinical evolution of the patient.

An MRI performed in the morning today showed a slight intracranial bleeding which is currently not of concern
but that is kept under close observation by the Japanese medical staff.

The bleeding was not showed in the yesterday's tests,
but is part of the consequences of massive head trauma that Alex has suffered as a result of the fall.

A neurosurgeon will visit the rider in the evening today (Japan time).

Update 12/10/2015:

On Monday, De Angelis had a head and chest CT scan, which reassuringly showed that the intracranial hematoma he suffered was unchanged while the contusions to his lungs are slightly resolving. The rider remains in a critical condition but as his sedation was reduced, he was able to talk and oriented in time and space. He'll undergo a further head CT scan in the next 48 to 72 hours to ensure the intracranial hematoma is stable while the conditions of the lungs will need further evaluation.
