[安裝教學]MJP 前叉套件組 FOR XMAX 300

台灣廠商對於YAMAHA目前在市面上販售的車款，推出了阻尼可調強化套件。
而這些套件是否能夠直接安裝呢?
今天就讓我來分享XMAX 300改裝，MJP前叉阻尼可調套件組的安裝過程。

MJP just released the damper adjustable Suspension kits for YAMAHA TaiwanLineups，
let me introduced the installation of MJP Front Suspension kits for XMAX300！

首先看到MJP前叉套件的內容物，內含阻尼棒x2、可調整頂蓋x2、銅墊片x2、鋼墊圈x4。
另付有兩罐前叉油，內管的部分如果不會自行修改。
可以跟廠商詢問用對換的方式來處理單向閥的部分。

At the beginning, you will see the damperx2、adjustable top head、Copper gasket x2 、Steel gasket x2 in the package,
include damper oil x 2, if you can’tmodified yourself, you can asked MJP to replace the one-way valve for you.

第一步先將車輛上的前叉全部分解與清潔。

First, you have to clean and separate thefront suspension.if front suspension had been used for a while,

MJP will suggestyou to renew the Oil seal.

如果前叉已經有使用過一定的里程，則會建議將油土封都做更新。



持續將前叉做分解。

and the we continue to separate the frontsuspension

MJP前叉套件，彈簧部分是建議使用原廠彈簧。
如車主本身體重較重，或是有其他需求則可以跟店家討論選用改裝彈簧。

MJP suggest used original springs with suspension kits,

but if you are heavy or anything alse,you can replace the modified springs .

內管底部單向閥部分，要將底層倒角修掉。
About the one-way valve inside suspension pipe,you have to modified the bottom of backward angle.
After modified, just removethe one-way valve.



修掉後將內部單向閥拿出。
this is suspension pipe which remove the one-way valve.

拿出單向閥後的前叉內管。

安裝前叉套件前，先看到套件本體組合後的樣式。

Before installed Front Suspension kits,this is how it assemble to completesuspension looks like.

阻尼棒上方使用23號開口扳手固定。

suspension pipe used No.23 open wrench to adjust.

阻尼棒下方固定使用原車上的螺絲鎖上，並使用新的銅墊片。
另外螺絲上則是建議使用螺絲膠。

if you have to fixed the suspension pipe,you used the original screw & screw grew, also you need a copper gasket.

上方固定好後，使用扭力版手鎖緊。
扭力值為18N-m(180kgf-cm)

After you fixed, used torque wrench toscrews. The Torque will be 18N-m(180kgf-cm)

阻尼棒鎖好後，請先放入鋼製墊片一片。

When suspension pipe fixed, put a copper gasket, And then putthe modified original pipe into suspension.

接著放入修改過後的原廠內管。

next step will be install the oil seal andbuckle.

並且將原廠的油土封等配件安裝好。



固定用扣環也要安裝妥當。

Finally install the leakproof seals.

最後再將土封安裝好。






接著進行到阻尼油添加的步驟。
MJP提供2.5W番號前叉油，一罐是160cc。

and the you filled up the suspension oil.

MJP gives 2.5W suspension oils, 160cc perbowl.

將前叉油慢慢倒入內管中。

filled up the suspension oil intosuspension pipe very gentle.

為了方便軸心抽動排出空氣，可以裝上頂蓋較好抽取。
反覆抽動之下，會感覺到軸心做動逐漸滑順。
To help axis moving so that the air can beexhausted, you can install the top head.
So that when you repeated twitching,you will feel the axis moving smoothly



接著就可將前叉彈簧放入，並準備將頂蓋與軸心結合。
And the you can put the front springs intosuspension, and fixed the axis and top head.

如果沒有油壓台的輔助，軸心處可以用9mm開口扳手將彈簧固定在軸心螺帽下方。

if you don’t have hydraulic table, the axiscan be fixed under nut by using 9mm open wrench.

如有油壓台的情況下，可自行固定彈簧位置。
安裝上可以較為便利。

If you have hydraulic table, you can fixedthe springs by yourself.

安裝前，請先將頂蓋上的調整機構都往逆時針方向歸零。
don’t forgot to adjust the top heads into zero.


外側六角控制彈簧預載。

中心內六角則是控制伸側阻尼開度。

安裝時要注意到頂蓋與彈簧之間，還要多放一片鋼制墊片。
頂蓋與軸心結合時需要確實用手鎖到底，不然彈簧長度會不一樣會影響到總長。
下方使用11mm開口扳手，將軸心上的固定螺帽往上鎖緊。

when you installed the suspension, you haveto put steel gasket between top heads and springs,

when the put into together, you needto twist by head, otherwise the springs length will not the same.

under the suspension you have to used No.11open wrench to screws the fixed nut.

使用19mm套筒在上方固定頂蓋。



下方使用11mm開口扳手固定軸心。
上方頂蓋使用19mm套筒鎖緊，扭力值18N-m(180kgf-cm)。

under the suspension using 11mm open wrenchto screws axis.

used 19mm socket wrench to fixed top heads,torque will be 18N-m(180kgf-cm)

將彈簧放開後就可完成阻尼棒本體組裝。



完成阻尼棒本體組裝後，使用27mm套筒將頂蓋與內管先鎖緊。

released the springs, so that installationof the damper pipes just finished, and using 27mm socket

wrench to fixed topheads and inside pipe.

與三角台結合後，使用30N-m(310kgf-cm)扭力值鎖緊頂蓋。
after managed into TOP BRIDGE,using30Nm(310kgf-cm) to screw the top heads.


鎖緊後就可準備將輪胎裝上，進而設定預載與伸側阻尼。

and then you can install the front tire,also setup the suspension and dumper.
