I love this suggest !

What I'm trying to say is that we can always try to :

(1) have a board that specialises in english to attract foreign motorcycle users who live in Taiwan to this forum.

I personally know a few of them but their profiency of chinese is still not so good as to read,comprehend and reply in the normal chinese oriented forums.

Theres also alot of  good articles that are only in English which I wish to translate.

For example this:

The typical 15MM gap standard used to set up a Taiwanese aftermarket suspension kit looks very outdated compared to this type of setup. Personally , I have tried out the instructions on my RPM rear shocks with great results !

I know my grammar is sometimes not up to par , but it's the thought that counts right?

是要英式英文,還是美語,又或是台式美語?
我相信這些文法與用字遣辭會有不同
