要是看完下面這段Lexus美國官網的介紹之後，對這個配備恐怕會大失所望...因為國產車有好幾款已經配有類似的配備。
跟大家補充一下，我們俗稱的倒車雷達〈也就是那幾個超音波感應器〉在老美的口中就是Parking Assist。這個直覺式〈Intuitive〉的意思是，它有個螢幕，有個車子的俯瞰圖，然後標出前方〈或後方〉離障礙物距離多遠。再以不同快慢的BB BE聲響來提醒駕駛人，距離越近，聲響越急促。
Intuitive Parking Assist
With four ultrasonic sensors on the front and rear, Intuitive Parking Assist detects how close the LS is to surrounding objects. When the Parking Assist button is activated, the system alerts you when another vehicle or object is in close proximity. Distance is indicated by an LCD display, accompanied by an audible beep.
