因為某個機會獲得一台 二手RS 100 化油

給我媽當買菜車 挺不錯  就先拆下傳動看什麼東西要換RS 100 傳動 更換跟整理5549||小老婆汽機車資訊網


沒拆還好  拆了才發現原來都沒在保養  ((原車主.....

裝入油封 看看有沒有裝好  在普利盤 凹槽上點黃油

然後這裡請使用十字起子3號  3顆  ((一定要拿3號 不要拿2號 會很容易滑牙 或者拆掉換成六角也可以RS 100 傳動 更換跟整理4032||小老婆汽機車資訊網

然後把這兩顆螺絲拆下

呼吸管記得拿掉

就可拿掉外蓋  ((海綿在第一次開始有換過了

然後把看到螺絲全都拆掉 12隻 M8     空濾支架 3隻 起子3號

這裡要裝回時要注意一下  要對好再裝回

我是拿一字板手,打入螺絲孔間空隙,再取出

更換普立組+3星皮帶+碗公(大彈簧使用1萬3KM公里繼續用.KOSO 14G珠子換下會不會有點浪費?)

力道有出來
可是怎麼覺得某速悶悶的

請問,普利珠噴什麼油潤滑?
珠子牌子是KOSO?~~~板上都說KOSO很耐磨
換下來的普力珠能用油保養?

傳動與啟動盤都拆了
踩發桿機構應該順便清潔潤滑處理一下
踩發桿不常踩的話是很容易鏽死而無法踩發
